One of the nicest RS Camaros around with many of the most desirable options: Cold working factory A/C; factory Hugger Orange & Black vinyl top; bucket seat hounds tooth interior with console & the original #s matching engine! Beautifully restored and detailed throughout with an incredible paint job in the original factory Hugger Orange. Many of the hugger orange cars out there have been repainted from a less desirable color. This is one of the most sought after colors today and with the black vinyl top, this car is absolutely beautiful! And it runs and drives as good as it looks. And a real rarity for RS Camaros today; the headlight doors work perfect and smooth! Take a look at the drive by video below and you can see the doors open and close smoothly with no sticking or hesitation. The 69 Camaro RS is arguably the most beautiful Camaro ever and as such, many of the RS Camaros today were converted from non RS cars just to get the look. But getting all of the necessary components for the headlight doors to work correctly is more trouble than most people want to deal with. On this car, even the RS only backup lights work correctly. The 2 previous owners state that this is a 36k original miles car but there is no way to verify that. However, the passenger seat and rear seat both appear to be original and all of the glass except the windshield appears to be original as well. So it very well could be. The dash is uncut with an AM/FM cassette radio and there is a 12 disc CD changer in the trunk that is controlled by a hand held remote kept in the console. This beautiful car runs and drives excellent and even the high idle works correctly and the original exhaust and working heat riser is still in place.
